The second part of this ongoing series of collaborative works devised to visualise concepts in CGI whilst exploring subjects relevant to the sectors of the industry.

With creative direction hinged on constructs that reference contemporary still life in film and photography, we visually bridge different mediums while keeping just a hint of visible CGI to the image-making, abstraction and a sense of the impossible.

Rough Diamonds

In a cataclysm more akin to the birth of a star, we accelerate the compression of time and the formation of precious stones, which both dazzle and illuminate our world.⁠

While some stones take millions of years to form, it is little known that others appear magically in just days. Beauty comes in many forms, from opaque to translucent and refractive, and evolution takes many paths.⁠
